"I never dealt with the office I know that the home owner who has a wheelchair bound daughter gets calls every month from them to do a review of her satisfaction of care. Bebe, who cares for her daughter is really friendly, yes she sits on her phone when she is not needed but she does everything you ask her for and is very sweet and compassionate. I would rate them 5 stars. I am with Medtec and they are worse. I have had 5 helpers so far and they all stink and one even cracked my ipad and said nothing and put her stuff on the counter behind my back so I would pay for her stuff at walgreens."
